If I keep doing this…
I’m going to be accused of being a Taylor Sheridan fanboy.
I don’t want that label. But, let’s face it, his scripted dialogue is simply superb.
Many of my bear readers, I suspect, already know that Sheridan is famous as the screenwriter, director, and producer of hits like Yellowstone, 1883, and now Landman (clip included).
But how ‘bout LIONESS? Did you know he did that one, too?
If you haven’t yet seen the series, now on Season 2, the 3-min clip tied to this bulletin shows an interesting bit of dialogue about our Nation’s leadership capabilities.
U.S. Secretary of State Edwin Mullins (played by Morgan Freeman) sits with CIA Deputy Director Byron Westfield (played by Michael Kelly) to riff on America's ability to come together…. And… how that has been eroded, blaming various institutions such as the presidency, Congress, the media.
🎬 Action Steps:
Watch the short video clip tied to this bulletin (above).
Tell me what you think of their dialogue / points. It doesn’t matter to me if you do or don’t think 9/11 was an “inside job”. Focus on his main point about Leadership from the top.
BONUS: Tell me if you like this type of bulletin, where I clip key scenes from movies / TV series.
