Dear American: How not to f*ck up your holidays
A must-see video... and... a heads-up for Saturday.
🥇 A message for the Party-programmed:
And to be clear, I’m referring to a political Party groupie — those who, no matter what, have decided they must… yes absolutely must…. Be part of the idiocracy of American’s color-coded (RED / BLUE) two-party smokescreen.
As in… no matter how absurd any particular party has gotten, they’ll still stand to support it. I have timeless posts about that nauseousness here. But, bear with me as I continue below via a celebrity, of sorts.
There’s intentional irony in my admonishment above, as it just happens to be that Bill Maher is a die-hard Democrat. He, of course, gets just how looney tune-ish (okay, completely insane) his side has gotten. (My note about how this particular party got fooled is here).
It’s why Mr. Bill is constantly taking a stand for truth, rational behaviors and common sense… when no one else is doing it in his camp.
And quite honestly, in this case, I respect his stance to “stick with them.” ‘Cause, well, I think he truly believes he can change the party and overhaul it with his commentary and opinions.
Time will tell.
Me?
If you’ve been reading my screeds here for any length of time, you know I am independent, politically. I focus on common sense, self-reliance and traditional values (yes, often that means I have to be right of center, politically). And, also like Bill, I rant and rave about human nature — for all its foibles, follies and foolishness.
It is why I implore you to watch the 8-minute clip below. Bill can be wrongheaded in his thinking about topics sometimes., but he's funny AF!
Pass this on to your loved ones, starting with this Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving weekend. Yes, he is referencing Christmas here, but his core message truly starts now!:
🪙 A heads-up for this Saturday
For all my fellow $BTC enthusiasts, you’re probably already aware that anyone — any age, any race, any gender, any ethnic group, etc. — can use Bitcoin to protect their purchasing power, from the defects tied to fiat currencies.
