Nothing more than a short bulletin today, to FYI you on a few things:
I’m still (mostly) taking it easy after a robot dug its tentacles into my stomach on Friday. Eh, well, okay… it wasn’t that dramatic, but holy hell, the post-op pain from the Laparoscopic surgery isn’t something they actually mentioned.
Then again, in spite of my 6’3” / 220 lb hard-bodied Adonis physique, this Bear is a lightweight when it comes to pain. Allowing a beautiful female surgeon to blow up my gut with Co2 gas was cool and all, but damn, it takes a bit for it all to work its way out of the lining of the abdominal cavity.
Still, I highly recommend you get an umbilical herniorrhaphy done — i.e., if you have a big Outie belly button, causing pain. Well, make it an Innie. ;)That doesn’t mean I’ve stopped posting on my /Notes feed. I’ll be getting back into long-format bulletins, later this week. For now, though, be sure to check out my short rips and roars here….
I’m posting mostly, there, about current cultural and societal stuff — you know, things like stupid-human tricks, mind memes, and the current climate of absurdities.
Occasionally, there will be an inspiration Note posted. However, if you’re more queued to focus on ideas and solutions for the core three areas of life that you can actually take self-responsibility for, then, by all means scan my archives, per category, here:
