I had to listen to this 3-min clip of Megyn Kelly more then once BC: (1) I hardly ever watch the news and (2) I don't know much about GUNs 1st hand either....so I had to listen closely to hear her two main points: Point#1: She suggests we, as a nation, need to begin to have "serious talks about other options" for those people who SHOW violent tendencies B4 they take action to ACT them out in a way that GETs the attention of the COURT SYSTEM and the MEDIA. Point#2: She suggests we, as a nation, need to begin to have "serious talks about other options for making GUN FREE ZONES safer for ALL of us......like Malls, Schools, shore up the SOFT preventions.....????
The second one I'd have to listen more to BC, I simply am NOT conversant with all the TERMS she uses....on the subject..... I guess, thankfully, I haven't been exposed, in my lifetime to the violence that many are exposed to in order to continue to listen to the news regularly.
